We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it which is unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes opened or used derma rollers, razor blades, clippers or similar personal care tools.
We also do not accept returns for any products that have been in contact with skin, hair, or bodily fluids.
Items with broken hygiene seals or tampered packaging are not eligible for return.
Even if an item appears unused, it cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken.
How to Request a Return

Please wait for approval before sending any items back.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Charges Applicable: If you prefer to have it collected via a delivery service via Aramex, return shipping charges will apply and will be calculated based on the shipment's weight and dimensions. charges (up to 30 dhs).
Alternatively, There is also an option to drop off the item at any of our store locations free of charge, once your return request is approved.
